What this is
Katofli is a tool for property owners and their tenants: fault reports, translations, photos, rent, common charges, listings.
We are not estate agents
We do not advertise properties on your behalf for a fee, we do not bring strangers, we do not negotiate, and we take no commission if a tenancy is agreed. The map is a place where you publish; contact goes directly to you.
We are not lawyers
The contract template is yours. We do not draft contracts, we do not suggest terms, and we do not say what should be in one. We fill in names, amounts and dates — and whatever we cannot fill in stays visible so you see it.
We are not accountants
The year close is not a tax return and not advice. It is your own numbers, organised, to hand to your accountant.
Your data
The data you put in is yours. You can download it whenever you want. We do not sell it to anyone and we do not give it to advertisers.
Artificial intelligence
Translations and summaries are produced by a model and marked as such. The original text is always shown alongside and never changes — in any dispute, it is what counts.
Availability
We try to keep it working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Translations and notifications depend on third-party services: if they fail, the message still arrives in the language it was written in — nothing is lost.
Charges
Basic use is free, however many apartments you have. Only specific automatic features and optional services are charged, and you are always told the amount before you pay.
Ending
You can stop whenever you want and take your data with you. If we ever need to close your account, we will tell you in good time and you will be able to export first.
